1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using zyden.dev (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform. We may update these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Zyden Dev is a voice-driven AI development platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate, build, test, and deploy web applications based on your natural language instructions. The Platform employs multiple AI agents for requirements gathering, code generation, quality assurance, and deployment.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

  • Generate malicious software, malware, or code intended to cause harm.
  • Create applications that violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models or proprietary systems.
  • Overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Platform or its infrastructure.
  • Use automated scripts to access the Platform outside of normal usage patterns.

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain full ownership of all project descriptions, requirements, and generated application code. The Platform acts as a tool — the output belongs to you.

Our Platform: The zyden.dev platform, its AI models, user interface, branding, documentation, and underlying technology are owned by Zyden Dev and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform itself.

6. AI-Generated Content

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Code and applications are generated by AI and may contain errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities.
  • You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all generated code before production use.
  • AI-generated output may occasionally produce unexpected or incorrect results.
  • We provide automated quality assurance, but this does not replace your own due diligence.

7. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with third-party services including Vercel, Bitbucket, Supabase, Anthropic, and Deepgram. Your use of these services through our Platform is also subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party services.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Platform at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zyden Dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, damages from generated code defects, deployment failures, data loss, or service interruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that AI-generated code will be error-free, secure, or suitable for any particular purpose.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. You may export your project data before termination. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
